I’m a holistic health educator and author, meditation teacher and hands-on somatic-emotional therapist, on a mission to change the way we learn and heal. I work with schools, workplaces and private clients to help people embrace an ounce-of-prevention lifestyle—changing habitual bodymindsets that cause chronic ill health and unhappiness into conscious self-care practices for lifelong health and wellbeing.
