SELF-CARE MEANS...

It means taking care of your higher self, your soul. It means doing things that benefit your soul, therefore the whole world. It means making decisions based on your highest wisdom, not by what feels good in the moment.


EVERYDAY

Meditation, yoga, bansuri flute, eating fruit, good poop (read something good while doing it), doing something good for as many people/plants/animals/etc. as I can.


WHY PEOPLE DON'T SELF-CARE ENOUGH

Your past controls you and you are moving too fast to even be aware of the sadness or pain inside of you. You hold onto the past blockages and make your decisions based off of them which continues to bring you into cycles.


TRUTH

Connect with someone who can be an effective Guru to you and give you deep, truthful insight about yourself. I believe laughter is the key to world harmony.
